Today is Veterans Day and we are honoring all those that served in our military.Veterans Day is observed annually on November 11th to honor the men and women who have served in our armed forces to protect our freedoms. This federal holiday was originally named Armistice Day until it was changed to Veterans Day on June 1, 1954.
